Samba drumming with The Beat Goes On

The workshop will be open and inclusive, created and delivered based on all skill sets and SEND needs. The rhythms will be varied and fun including simplified versions to adapt to all prior musical experience levels.

We will listen to music, recognising sounds of different instruments, sing rhythms and saying/singing/ imitate percussive instruments sounds. This will help to include participants who can not clap, click or hold an instrument also people who have any visual impairments.

The instruments will be accessible - on tables or floors/chairs so wheelchairs users will be able to try out and play on all.

The workshop will be open for all to participate including helpers / supporting adults.
